DESIGN
Our designer team designs more than 1,000 design drafts each year based on the annual trend. The design ideas are not borrowed from big names or international fashion brands. They are new and unique to the market.
PATTERN MAKING
We have hired the industry’s outstanding pattern makers specializing in the leather bags category to participate in our pattern making. Our bag version is suitable for all.
SELECTION (LEATHER&LINING)
The step of leather selection is unable to skip. Only high-quality leather can be used in our leather bags. In order to make sure that, we go through a very careful inspection. Animal skin is just like our own people’s skin, they can have flaws this way or that way, scars, wrinkles, and so on. We are doing the inspection to make sure the leather we use is scarless.
CUTTING
Our cutters will cut the required leather according to the patterns. We would choose the middle part of (the best leather ) as the quality leather piece to cut for the conspicuous parts of the bag, and for those not that conspicuous, we would use leather from the limbs and belly. After cutting, each piece of leather is inspected by a dedicated person to ensure that the final bag is free from defects.
MARKING/NUMBERING
Marking is to ensure that the size of the final bag is of the standard. And numbering is done to ensure that the piece attachment is right and has no faults.
STITCHING
After marking, each cut-out piece would be sent to be sewn accordingly.
BUTTONING (TRIMS ATTACHMENT)
The hardware buttons we use on our bags are all customized, mostly silver-plated buttons and copper-plated buttons. It is difficult to find the same type of buttons on the market.
PRODUCT CHECK
The final quality of each bag is checked by supervisors of the company. Any defect would lead to failed quality mark, which then is corrected (if it can be) and the next step follows.
PACKING
Packaging should satisfy customers. We package each and every product by hand, using the best components. Our customers feel the luxury while opening the product.
DISPATCHING
After the product is packed, it is dispatched to the customer.
